The class will use a variety of approaches to guide our bodies to better alignement including: *Learn self-myofascial release techniques using a tennis ball to unwind deep seated muscular tension. *Corrective exercises to help us to rengage our key postural muscle The classes will be very hands on, interactive and we will constantly test and assess so we can all monitor our progress.
